I must say i am impressed. I had a small screw back out of the reciever on my shotgun sometime this summer. Called them up told them the problem. They got my name and address and new screw is in the mail no question asked at no cost to me! Cant beat that! Just another reason why i will never own another brand, on top of their comfort and reliability.

Never had to call Benelli. I have a Super Vinci and absolutely love it, with guns as solid as they are, Id imagine their customer service is just as good.

I've got a Cordoba that I purchased when I was pretty heavy into sporting clays. I could run as many shells through that gun as fast as I wanted it still performed flawlessly. They're pricey, but they make a great shotgun.

That is really good to know. I'm looking at buying a stoeger the first of the year to do some duck hunting next year.
I always look at customer service on any purchase I make.

The only shotgun I shoot is a Benelli M1 Super 90. Never had a problem but that is good to know should I encounter one.

Shoot a Benelli SBE II since 07 or so... At first I thought I was loony, dropping $1200 on a shotgun before I even owned a vehicle. This shotgun has never failed, once. Never jammed. Extremely lightweight. Extremely easy to break down and clean. Will be the only shotgun I will need for the rest of my life. It has toppled over countless dove, turkey, and ducks.

I can't say I've ever had to use the CS, which only speaks for the quality of the weapon.

I have a SBE, SBEII, and a O/U Stoger condor. They are all great guns. Nothing beats the SBEII. Hunted with my SBEI for 8-9 years that thing is a beast. I usually fall in the water duck hunting at least twice a year and it's went in every time I have. Always fires the next shell. Never had one problem out of any of those guns. Their quality is top notch! The SBE will be retired this year due to getting the SBEII.
