Being a Vol fan is a roller coaster ride these days?

I really feel like we can't win for losing these days!

    FOOTBALL

Kiffin is hired and gives UT fans promises and hope. Guarentees an SEC championship in 3 years and a National Championship in 5

We recieve negative press throughout the year, release many players before the season starts

Crompton starts out like he left off in 08', leading us to very disappointing losses to UCLA and Auburn

Crompton catches fire, we play a good game in the swamp, almost beat Alabama (Lincoln sucks!)

3 key football players are arrested, Janzen JAckson is the only one reinstated

We have a highly touted recruiting class for 2010 and Kiffin jumps ship

    BASKETBALL

Highly ranked, with very high expectations

We recieve a heartbreaking loss against Purdue, a game we controled

We recieve a BEATING against USC

4 players are arrested, including our "star" Tyler Smith

WE beat number 1 Kansas with a 9 man roster!

I honestly don't know what's going to happen next! I think the football program will end up going towards Will Muschamp as far as a coach goes. I KNOW we are going to lose a lot of recruits. We really need a good quarterback. Nick Stephens isn't very good at all.

Basketball has no room for error, they can play awesome, but they ALL have to play well. Tyler Smith is gone for good, which doesn't effect us much I don't believe. I never believed he was THAT good anyway. He can't shoot very well at all. IF we could get the other 3 back that would be huge. We just need some more bodies. That's all.

    Opinons?

Matt UT has picked up 2 QBs in recent months. Tyler Bray enrolled early at UT and is a signee for the 2010 class, he is already on campus and has been practicing with the team. Also UT got Matt Simms on Juco signing day a few weeks ago.
