    Hi.
I used to shoot my old black bear bow, but its been years and the draw length was too long anyway.
It had round wheels and i was used of the long valley for the let off, Recently i bought a PSE Rogue x MF, and it has dual cams.
My question is, Is it worth getting used of the short let off valley as a beginner or just trade it in for a PSE Stinger?
Any tips for how to get used of the short valley?
I wouldnt mind be able to learn how to effectively shoot the rogue for the speed because my draw length isnt very long anyway.

I understand, when I first started I bought a bear lights out, and did great with it. 80% letoff, long valley, 8 1/4 brace height and continue to shoot the bow well very well. Three deer my very first season. Currently it's my back up bow to an 08 Dreamseason, but the bear is shorter and more manuverable in a treestand and I can hold it back all day. The DS has a very short valley, 70% letoff and 7 inch brace height but much faster, but deer don't know the difference. The DS will suck you through the whisker bisquit if you creep unlike the bear. However, it's all about proper form in my opinion. You won't be a beginner long if you practice with any bow. On a short valley bow you must have proper form and use your shoulders to lock back the bow at your anchor point until release and don't creep.
