    Just saw a chick walk by wearing pizza pajama pants stuffed into knee high Ride Me boots....

    After a good workout there is nothing better than a cold beer. Takes the pain away from aging joints. So I'll be working out 5 to 6 times today.

    agreed, but I am carb free for the next 3 weeks so no beer for me...which really takes the incentive away from the workout itself. So I am in a catch-22

    not yet. But I need to get right and it's a good metabolism kick starter. Dad had a massive heart attack at 50, and his brother at 41. I'm in between those ages now so it needs to be addressed now.

    Also my wife is 10 years younger than me so...yeah. I can't control the gray, or the wrinkles. But I can control my gut.
