Had my Cuddeback out for almost a month on a network or trails that run along the rim of a valley. They run North/South with the Valley to the East and a Swamp to the West. Open woods are to the North and Cornfields/alfalfa to the South. The trail was murdered by turkeys of all ages and sex throughout the entire month: We have been chasing this particular gobbler for a few years now...easily recognizable by his beard: Plenty of vermin: Some beautiful yote specimens: Lots of future potential: [/IMG] And then Grandpa himself. By the look of his beams, he is very similar to the droptine buck which ive caught on cam the last few years...although he doesn't have a visible droptine. If he is the same buck, then hes extremely old, at least 7 maybe 8 years, if not, hes a new target for the year:
Bout time we see some pics from you. That last one is a stud for sure, hope you get a chance at him this fall. Blessings.....Pastorjim
Great pics man, I like the color variation on the yotes and the blood rollin of the velvet onto the face of that old buck is bad@$$, call him Scarface
Cool pics. I especially like that last one. Not just because he's a giant, but it's a cool pic with the blood coming from his velvet. Good luck with him.
