Had some luck, 4 lake trout a coho and this king today. See what tomorrow brings.

But I'll get to try it either way

WOW that's a tough one! Cooked perfectly? They all make my mouth water...I just ate and now, I could eat again.

But, really, that's a tough answer.

If I were to chose FISH, it would be perfectly fried stripper with boiled potatoes, slaw, and hush puppies. The dessert to top it off would have to be Pecan Pie.

If I were to chose VENISON, it would be a slow cooked Ham in the crock pot with homemade gravy, vegetables and peppers, mixed in to add the melt in your mouth flavor. A loaded baked potato and fried okra with a (couple) Texas Toast's on the side. Finishing it off, of course, with the choice dessert of hot peach cobbler with a slab of vanilla ice cream.

But, if I were to chose BEEF, it would be the prime cut of a 3" thick Filet Mignon with a half inch of applewood smoked bacon wrapped around, cooked to perfection on the grill of choice, stainless steel Holland grill with Hickory wood smoking the steak as it cooks. Following with the sides of a loaded salad with blue cheese and a smig'n of White House Apple Cider vingear, loaded baked potato and grilled asparagus, can't forget the Texas Toast. To top it off with a hot out of the oven homemade secret recipe (off the vanilla waffers box) banana pudding.

So my choice would be? Probably Fish, since it's been about 2 months sense we've had a good fish fry!
