This is my heaven. Prime Rib med rare, french onion soup, warm bread, brandy old fashion sweet at a supper club.

    1.Beef
    2. Venison
    3. Fish

I love all three but if I had to really rank them I would say Beef is number one because of prime rib and ribeyes.

The only people I know that don't like fish either can't catch them, clean them or have no taste buds. There are so many types of fish and ways to prepare it, that red meat can't hold a candle to it.

I can't catch fish.... I suck at cleaning them.... And I still prefer fish over everything else. I eat fish about 5x a week. Chicken and Venison fill in the other random days I cook and it's not fish.

Honestly, I can't choose a favorite. There's just so many options and ways to cook it.

For me a very well prepared Ribeye beats em all. Just the right amount of sweet fat but not to much. I even like them better than a fillet!

If my wife would eat it, fish would be our main course the majority of our meals

    Venison
    Beef
    Fish

There are way too many meals that I absolutely LOVE that contain venison. Sure I could substitute beef but often anything using ground is greasy, I'm not a big fan of fat in my steaks, roasts, etc. so well trimmed venison is what I like.

As much as I love venison, NOTHING beats a good rib eye. But, if im lucky to harvest a deer or two beef becomes a rarity on the dinner table. We eat venison nearly 3 times a week until the meat runs out.
