Man that is a tough one.. I love them all. ven beef fish I almost put beef first but then thought about how many times I have passed the sirloins and had the ven so..
^^^ This ^^^ only I prefer the inside venison loins sautéed in butter/garlic sauce and a good merlot or shiraz.
That is a tough one. I'd say coin flip between beef and venison, and not far behind fish. I would never turn down a nice thick bloody steak, and no matter how many times I have venison it's always a treat. I'm not sure I could pick between those two both perfectly prepped. For fish salmon is nearly impossible to beat, but I do have a few other kinds that aren't far behind. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I love to hunt and eat the venision I harvest... but a T-Bone with all the trimmings is hard to beat. Fish is good, MD crabcakes are better.
honestly- what a great poll and thread. Fish Beef Venison I am sorry but for me nothing beats fresh caught cajun fried walleye; followed closely by sauteed fresh caught brook or rainbow trout. I promise I can make a grilled ribeye that is better than any $50 steak you've ever had. 3 day dry-aged and then 24 hour marinated venison backstraps are another specialty of mine.
Venison - smoked , grilled , soup , or chili ..... it's what's for dinner Fish - bass , crappie , perch ... fried Beef - we could get for free and still never eat it
Taste wise its 1.Beef 2.Fish 3.Venison Health wise 1.Venison 2.Fish 3.Beef Ill eat my venison before Ill start getting beef again.
What about pork, chicken, woodchuck, rabbit? We will often have 2-3 different kinds of "meat" at supper. And there are lots of different kinds of seafood, each with a different taste. It's just impossible for me to do any ranking.
Grew up on the coast of Florida, so fish is definitely #1 Mahi-Mahi, Snook, Monk fish, Snapper, Seared Tuna, Flounder, I could go on all day #2 Beef #3 Venison
Honestly if cooked exactly as I like Beef is probably last...I love the wild taste in venison and fish WAY more than beef...awesome now I am hungry
If we are not going on price, I chose beef. I just love me a good juicy piece of prime rib! However, 90% of the time all we have in the freezer is venison because it is much more cost effective to have! So; Beef Venison And way way WAY last, fish. (Yuck!)
