Beaver Dams

    I've always thought beavers were an amazing creature, destructive, but amazing.

    I've seen some pretty killer dams in my jaunts through the Ontario bush, but this one sticks out as the most impressive to date. The size of the logs they used is amazing to me.

    That's amazing. It was be interesting having a time lapse camera that took one picture every couple hours watching that thing being built.

    No clue how big a beaver can get but the ones that built that have to be on the top end of the size.

    WOWZER! Alright Dan you finally talked me into it I will hunt that beaver dam we talked about on public land finally this coming gun season. Hell 3-4 years ago now I believe.

    Down Big Six about 3/4 mile past the bridge and to the east. Right next to one of the skidder trails.
