I honestly can't believe that deer didn't die within 200 yards. That shot was back but not that far back.

What?!?!? That's weird, but a good ethical idea.

We looked for an hour on my uncles land which borders the land that he went on last night, nothing, it rained a bit last night too.

Yea lol seems crazy to me that you wouldn't be able to look within couple hundred yards of fence lol!

I know I wouldn't give up to easy if all possible. ..I had that same thing happened to me this year but the following day I called the blood tracking dogs got a few friends and got permission from the surrounding farms to look..we looked for it for 4 days straight and we still continue to look when ever we hunt that grounds I guess what I am saying is don't give up to easy there's tools out there use them and good luck with your search if you continue!!

I just find it hard to believe he could make it that far from where you jumped him. My money is on he is within 125 yards from where you last jumped him

My dad got on that property and they tracked him for 300 more yards until he went onto another property, we should be able to get on that one but there is hardly any blood and he probably went across a field so it will be hard.

Wow that is insane. The shot is back but it looks like a shot you find them within 300 yards. Deer are amazingly resilient lol. Good luck man!

Posted! One of my favorite stands, creek to my left at 30 yards, lake to my right at 65 yards. Have to take a boat across the lake to get to this stand!!

Great pinch point location, we will see how it goes had this 8 pointer cruise through last Friday [IMG]
