50 more points!! I shot this doe around 7 am this morning. . I saw them in the corn at a distance..I hit the can call and the six pointer came in. Shortly after 2 does came in. The buck was following them around for a while until I took the shot! side note not the biggest doe I ever shot but she still had milk when i dressed her. I'm thinking she kicked them off so you know what that means...Rut is getting closer! Go get em people..a little venison in the freezer now..time for the muy grande now!

Yeah boys were losing my 50 points because I ain't taking selfies with the deer that just gave its life for me... I hunt alone so theres no other option and I just aint doing it...Dont worry ill get another one and ill make sure i get a gas station attendent or something to take a whole bunch of the deer filling up my truck, smoking a cig, hell maybe even doing a burnout

If you have upgraded to ios 8 you can use the timer feature on the camera and set your phone up on something and get behind the deer and it will take the picture for you. Otherwise you can get a timer app that does the same thing.

went out tonight and saw 2 does, but they hung up at 60yds. But that is just the beginning. i have some pics to share with yall. The first was today, before i went in to hunt i slipped in to trim one additional lane that was needed. and when i pulled the card i saw there were deer there 3min prior to walkin up haha.

but the more important part is i finally got one of my top target bucks on cam in DAYLIGHT!! He was hitting a scrape at 2:35pm on the 5th...where was i!? WORK! haha always the case i swear. any advice on catching up with this guy using the scrape to my advantage?

They usually come downwind of the scrape to scent check it before coming in. If you have general idea of where he is coming from set up just downwind of that. I like to find a heavily used path or corrider downwind of scrape and hunt that. Catch that buck and prolly others bucks walking by scent checking

Yeah, the youngins are dogging does and the bigger bucks are starting to hit scrapes and such now. I have a solid idea of where he is coming from.

Pulled the card on the way in this morning. Slingshot was here yesterday morning at 11:00am freshening what has become his scrape. Looks to be on a 2 day pattern, last time he hit the scrape was the 5th, so hopefully he comes in a day early to check..if not I know where I'm hunting tomorrow.

I don't kno how great the quality will be since i snapped the pic with my phone off my card reader...

Are those sd card viewer things worth the money? They seem pretty expensive for what they are, i usually just use my camera or wait until I get home.

i think theyre handy for situations like this where u can grab a card on the way in and review it. if your camera takes SD cards and can let you cycle thru pics/videos, i see no need to have one of the wildgame ones. But i like it, does what its suppose to. My camera takes SD cards, but to get it to read them takes screen options and settings, with the wildgame reader if something comes out while im lookin thru photos (like a forkhorn did this morning) i can just slide it in my pocket and start filming.
