Never encountered a bear in the woods. I'm more concerned about people in the woods.

I've shot blacks /chocolates/ but never a blonde
Even though that's a young/ small, I'd have a hard time not shooting!

Yea it's not very big at all, about 5 years old, but I can't resist the color. I'm not 100% sure it's a boar, but think it is and just still hasn't put on all of the mature muscle in its front end like boars end up getting. The above pic shows that its front legs are starting to get blocky though. I'm far from being very good at telling a boar from a sow unless they are fairly mature.

Just sneak up from behind and downwind, give it the old reach round. You will figure it out.

Not a " bear- whisperer" SoteePop.
Pure ass, stone- cold bear killer. Can't say for sure but really dought there are few ( if any) that have shot more ( legal bears) than I have:cool:.
But rebuke iffn you must, must really suck to be on a hunting forum, try to give advice, yet have so VERY LITTLE to back it up:confused:
Little man syndrome has gotta suck. ?? But, keep hitting that " like" button for your minions:lmao2:

To the OP', I'd guess that blonde bear is a young boar. 2-3 year old.

Not real hard to sit around a bait pit for bears in the fall when bears are feeding, home schooled valedictorian. Put food to bears come, not that tough.

Also considering the bear draw lottery in Minnesota your number of kills are bull **** unless you are 120 years old, hunted many states and providences.

Shooting a bear over bait is easier than shooting a wisconsin deer by a bait pile.

Minnesota Bear hunters had a 46% success rate in 2019. Please again explain to me how difficult it is to bait and hunt a bear.

I wasn't the OP, but am the one that posted the blondie. They stay with the sow for two years or so I read, and I have a picture of that bear all by itself from 2016. That means it was 2 in the Spring of 2016, so the above pic in the Spring of 2019 would make it 5. Confident of the age, just not positive if it's a boar. It is a fair amount bigger than a 2 year old cub.

Well when you bullshit about 1000 why not say thousands. You are trying to fact check when I referenced the bullshit you made up. Hows that for a deflection. You have never explained the 1000 when I asked for clarification based on Minnesota's quota on permits and the numbers you threw out there if you are 50 and hunted since you were a teenager that could get you to 30 bears, or do you just count bears you see on trail camera and consider that a "history" with a bear?
