I'm just startin to get into bow hunting and am lookin to buy my first bow. Its between the Bear Strike and Diamond The Rock 2.0. I've really struggled tryin to find reviews on these two bows. If anyone can give me their opinion on which bow is better it would be great. Im gona get the package for whatever one, and the price is the same. Please help me out. Thanks

I recently upgraded from an old PSE to the Rock 2.0. My main consideration was weight and axle to axle length. The Rock is about 6 oz lighter with the same brace height. The Bear has a 1" shorter a - a length, when I picked both up the Diamond just felt better in my hands and to me the draw was smoother. I'm happy with my Rock 2.0. I don't think you can go wrong either way though.

I have no experience with Bear bows, I have yet to find a Diamond that isn't worth every penny. I have shot every Diamond that they have put out for the last two years. (some extensively some just 20 or 30 shots)

I love my Diamond Rapture. Hell, that's just a good name for a bow.

I got the Bear Strike as my first bow and love it. Shoot both of them and go with whatever feels better to you.

I picked up a BEAR truth 2 last year and I'm very happy with it. It's a great bow and as mentioned above you can currently get one for an excellent price. In the end it just depends what feels right to you. Best wishes.

I have only hunted 1 season with a bow a few years back and wanted to get back into it. I just purchased a Diamond Rock 2.0 and i love it. i think it was the best shooting bow that I tried.

i would deffinatly got with the diamond. i bought the marquise year befor last and it is with out a doubt the best bow i have ever owned. you couldnt give me three mathews for my bow. the rock is also a great bow and especially with the package price you cant beat it.
