Looking for some photos of anyone who has taken a black bear the past couple years and the story behind your hunt. In NY bear season runs right along with deer. I'm still waiting for one of those bear critters to cross in front of me. Other people see them all the time. I spend countless hours in the wood and never seen one in my life. I do get some pics on the camera from time to time. I hunt in NY so no baiting either. Thanks
I went to Manitoba in May on my first bear hunt. I actually went last year as the camera man and decided then to hunt this year. I killed a nice 302 lb cinnamon bear that scored 18 3/8 on the second night of my hunt. Here's the pic...
