Suck it Packers fans! Especially you, Fraley. :D

    Bear down, Chicago Bears, make every play clear the way to victory;
Bear down, Chicago Bears, put up a fight with a might so fearlessly.
We'll never forget the way you thrilled the nation with your T-formation.
Bear down, Chicago Bears, and let them know why you're wearing the crown.
You're the pride and joy of Illinois, Chicago Bears, bear down.

I quit watching with about 8 or 9 minutes left in the 4th. Too stressful. Was most happy to see that they pulled it off.

    So now, gleefully, Packers Suck!

Face it Bears fans, we barely won against a 5-9 team. Our offense sucks with Kyle Ortin, our defense hasn't done much most of the year. I love the Bears but I know for certain we are toast when it comes to the playoffs.

And the crappy part, our offense has only two threats (one of which is severely hinder by a quarterback that can't lay a deep ball up to him) and an undoubtedly old and decrepit offensive line. Our defensive line cannot get pressure on a quarterback even with a constant blitz package.

I love the fact that the Bears won, by the skin of their teeth, but nonetheless, I can't help but think how much we are going to suck in the coming years if this team can't start getting some players. Nearly the entire offensive line is on their way to retirement. The defense is starting to fall apart, and worst of all, our coaches aren't that great. Lovie doesn't show any emotion, Turner's play-calling can get pretty stupid at times (especially the Bears famous 3 and long, lets throw a half-back screen or a short yardage pass to slam us right into punting the ball away). And Bob Babich blitzes just about every down and it successfully gets picked up about 85% of the time. And why can't our defense get any pressure with 8 men in the box about every play?

I am a Bears fan. But I don't like our chances this year, and I especially don't like our chances next if we don't make some major changes. Getting to the playoffs is great, doing nothing in the playoffs is a waste.

I hope they go deep in the playoffs. I really earnestly do.

The problem is, there are plenty of better teams in their way and Kyle Ortin isn't going to carry this team very far with his big game shrink into stupidity antics.

Maybe they will prove me wrong....who knows.

Very much an important win last night but we should have just put the Vikings away when we had the chance.

Just venting....not meant to hate but just bringing to light some key areas where the Bears desperately need to improve upon to even come close to getting back to the Super Bowl.

You bear fans are lucky the Vikes fumbled the game away on Sunday against a 9-5 team. The Vikes still only lost by 7 points, they should of smoked the Falcons! Peterson better get his **** together!

Lose this week or lose next, it wouldn't have mattered. :bash:

The Bears have the backbone of a worm.

It was a valiant effort but in the end we came up short - again.

Hopefully the Bears pick up some new receivers that can actually catch the ball next year.

Get yourself a QB 1st. The Vikes are no different, they need one as well but they have other offensive talent so It doesn't show up as bad.

Orton is a decent quarterback at best. Not at good as Grossman when he was on, but not as streaky when he's off. He can lead them to a winning season and the playoffs - he's done it before. I think with some time he can develop into a solid QB and will get the job done. Unless we somehow pick up a big free agent QB we'll be risking drafting yet another QB early and having him blow up in our faces just like Grossman, McNown, and so many others. IMO we're better off staying the course with Kyle (who is a hunter from Iowa by the way, how can you not like the guy? :D ) and picking up some better receivers. A good receiver can make even a mediocre QB look good - look at Jake Delhomme.

Thanks for Berrian, he has helped out quite a bit this year... Wade is leading the team in receptions... GO VIKES!!!

Ok, honestly... I can't believe some of you Bears fans are actually level headed, hehe, all the Bears fans I know are a couple sandwiches short of a picnic. I'm sure its the same for every division but the NFC north has some crazy fans that can only see it their team's way or no way.

Both the Vikes and Bears are in need of a steady QB and they both can be dangerous. Vikes D should be steady for a couple more years while the Bears might have slipped in that catagory and are getting a bit older. Pukers, I mean Packers, I really didn't follow along and can't believe that Barnett's injury really made that defense go that far south. Lions... well better luck next year.
