Bear Archery Customer Service Rocks!

    So about 2 weeks ago I noticed that my upper cam on my Bear Method was bent, you could see little stress fractures in it as well. Bear sent me a new upper cam under warranty no questions asked. One problem...I have a 2013 Method and apparently the cams are different in 2014. So after waiting 4-5 days I received the wrong cam. I called Bear Archery today and they said they would get me a set of the updated cams on the way. I asked if I could pay extra for expedited shipping and he said no problem, I'll send it 2-3 day UPS at no additional charge. I could have been any joe blow that just decided he wanted the latest cams for his bow. The guy took my info and said they are on the way. Now that my friends is how customer service should work.

    they sure do.
    somehow bear is tied in with trophy ridge now, and i've gotten similar results from both.
    blew my trophy ridge revolution up on the 3rd shot, they had a new launcher to my door within 3 days = $0
    needed an extra quiver mount to bolt to my stand, to mount my quiver to it while in the stand, few days later there were 3 of them in a package = $0
    just called for a string decelerator for my 09/10 lights out, by weeks end there were 2 of them here = $0

    pretty sure next years new bow will be a another Bear, especially now that they've caught up in speed, and this excellent customer service

    My friend who just started shooting last year and was shooting like a diamond stud or something just bought an agenda 6. I'm going to shoot it as soon as I can just to see how it feels.

    Bear has always had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the mid 80's until now, they just care about satisfied customers and backing their products with great service. Papa Fred would be proud!

    You will not find a better customer service than that of Bear Archery. This is why I shoot Bear.

    Ditto on what everyone is saying. There is no better customer service than Bear Archery. When I was working on bows and I needed something it would be there in 3 to 4 days. Great people too.
