After 10 days of hunting the inside looks like a planetarium and one of the hubs had a pin pop out. I am in contact with customer service and will keep you guys posted on how they handle this also the bag split right down the seem as I was carrying it like a backpack. Good Luck, Took quiet awhile for my Baronnet Big Mike warranty replacement.

And every Baronnet carry bag I have ever used ripped in the same spot! I guess stronger thread isn't an option

Thanks I set this up at home before we went out and it looked good but after opening and closing it a few times the material just disintegrated.

Just got off the phone with the customer service rep they are sending me a new hub and 2 new poles and a bag. If I took the warranty now it would end the warranty So they are letting me keep this one and told me to call with my case number when I am ready for my replacement. I think I will keep this through deer season in case I get any snow or wind damage and get my new one after the winter in time for next turkey season.

My bag ripped too. But I had my wife restick it with stronger thread. Seems to be holding up good now. I do love the blinds.

So it only has a 'one time warranty?' I'm confused...

Wow:(. I love my BigMike blind. No issues yet but it's only a few months old.
