I've always loved WeatherUnderground app for accurate live wind conditions/temps/rain and doppler...but at least my version (or I can't find it) doesn't show barometric pressure history or projected future just current. Been relying on PC at home or work to track pressure.

Anyone have a favorite Android App for barometric pressure?

I use weather underground for pressure. You just have to scroll over. It's listed all the way to the right when showing temps and wind ect. I also use weather live app on my phone for pressure forecast. Hope this helps.

I will clarify some...the WU full site which you can click on at the bottom has an awesome pressure forecast graph but not on their app interface.

I use wunderground like has been mentioned. I shortcut the full version on my phone instead of the app and I can see everything I need.

I also bought one of these barometers several years ago and flush mounted it in the dash on my boat. This time of year I pop it out and keep in the truck with me to keep up to speed at a glance with what's happening.

Perfect Idea! Yeah, I'm thinking I'll be doing the same thing as you as Weatherundergrounds full version graphs and such are just the bomb. I actually wrote them asking if they could add the black pressure estimation line to the daily forecast (futurecast) part of the app......time will tell.

This may be a stupid question but how does this help you? If the pressure is rising does that mean deer are more likely to move or is it just to help know when rain or wind is coming? May have to start watching out for this.

Barometric pressure has often times been linked with movement triggers. It is something you'll hear a lot of guys talk about. If I can I'm gonna be a up a tree when it is rising or making drastic changes either direction.

The Deer I killed this year is a prime example of movement from drastic BP changes.... Everytime there was a severe drop in BP, he would be on his feet 2-3 hours before daylight.... I noticed this after 2 months worth of logging everything about the deers movement.... He didnt do it on drastic up swings though.

this past sunday I noticed the BP was over 30.2, it was actually 30.5 in my area.... Match that with a dark moon, a cold front and history with a big deer and you have a recipe for success.... I hung a set saturday, put one of my good buddies in it sunday... at 530 he arrowed the buck that stand was intended for. In the past he has let me hunt his farms when I didnt have anything big enough to kill, this year it was my turn to return the favor.... Fortunately for him, it only took 2 hours of seat time to make it work.... I am a huge believer in BP changes and super high BP.....

In the picture below on Tuesday and Wednesday would you want to be in the stand when it starts to drop or where it starts to go back up or both?
