    Ozzie Osborn
    Journey
    Pearl Jam
    Metallica



    I'm sure there are many more. What brought this up is I heard crazy train on a radio station today on my way home and then I turned the station and the DJ said it was time for "MANDATORY METALLICA". Seriously?

    Don’t get me wrong these bands had their place at one time. But to play this stuff on a modern rock station is asinine if you ask me.

    :hater: I would listen to a station that played only Metallica :rock: modern rock sucks (well most of it) I will continue to live in the 80's. I turn dish network on and jam to hair nation :rock:

    I like bands from the 80's yet. Just not the ones that were good at one time and were NOT overplayed till I hate them 20 years later.

    If I had a dime for every time I've heard about Jeremy I'd be a rich man.

    I have no problem with old school music. I love Boston, or Kenny Wayne Sheppard, etc. I just hate the overplayed stuff that I now call CRAP!!! lol. So it's not just modern rock for me. It's just Ozzie doesn't do it for me anymore.

    I never have liked AC/DC, at all. I only like a few Metallica songs, despise Ozzy with a fiery passion.

    I know you guys will definitely not like my music :lol: Staind, Avenged Sevenfold every now and then, slower Five Finger Death Punch songs, harder stuff like that.
