She should be proud. A+ for shock value. I don't believe for a second she believes it or her paper, but this kind of stuff sells and that is their job.
I wouldn't be so sure. We already know that mentality is prevalent within the AA community. She just wrote it in a major newspaper. I'm going with she believes it.

Make no mistake about it, that author believes every word she wrote....and the worst part, that type of mind frame is slowly starting to become commonplace.
She is the byproduct of quotas for university admission and jobs. I would be horrified and outraged if I were paying 40k a year to send my child to a school that employs her.
They are going to be hard pressed to get a murder conviction for the officer driving that van. They are going to have to prove intent, and proving intent is extremely difficult especially when someone refuses to speak with detectives The word homicide is very broad based. It pretty much means, death not by natural means in the police world. It doesn't mean murder like many people believe.
Just heard on the radio there were people taking credit for the conviction because of the rioting. Just think if they wouldn't have been convicted.
The rioting should be credited for the charges. No way in hell that it wasn't figured into into it considering the lack of time it took to file. I would eat the political motivations of the prosecution alive....watch for that on the murder two count. That prosecutor is going to get eaten alive. No way she can prove the necessary elements of those charges. Her opening speech to the public tanked that case before it began. As a prosecutor she only has one client, the state. Public opinion, emotion, etc.. Have no place in a prosecutors office.
