Fella's i agree to everything you said .

Joe , yes its been great watching her being built , but man i just wanna get my hands on her now . I,ve had two days off work since Christmas cuz we needed to get stocks back to what they should be and now i can start to relax , so i'm gonna make the most of that sparetime with Miss Bogan :deer: .

Steve , i could not agree more . My Longbow is special for all the right reasons and the best of it is , i have the pictures from when she was just bits of wood on the table . Thats why i wanted a build along thread , so i could save all the pictures to show my friends what goes into making something this good ( She's a one off ) .

I also know I WILL get blood on them arrows ;)

    Dave.

I have all the pictures too stored online.

But even if we did not do her as a build a long, you would have been sent pictures of every step I took to make her.:hail:

No worry Kent if you build one for me it will become a heirloom! Of course I will use it but will always cherish it too! Russ with Dave getting to see the build along and each step it is more like waiting for the birth of a child and seeing what it becomes when it arrives and what he can do with it! That is how I look at one of a kind art, knowing there will never be another just like it! Kent builds me a bow out of wood from family ranch...I can go to the thicket and ridge it came from and know it's exact origins! Not many folks have that pleasure! Maybe next year you can get some osage and other woods from K&R OKie Woods(thats what Kent and I will call our bootleg wood operation)! That is one very unique bow your sending overseas Russ!:hail:

    Rowell.

For a wood that grows locally do you think I could have brought some here and not have to search high and low for it?
Ended up getting the Osage for Dave's bow from MO.

Thanks mate I apreciate it much.

It is sad that the wood can be found local but not had.I bet Kent and I can get you some "select"grade stuff to work with...with his knowledge and my supply we could come up with some good stuff to offer folks at a great price...we would work a discount for you.:d
