Sorry up front if this is the wrong forum to post this, but has anyone else had difficulty with Badlands customer service? I've been trying for weeks to find out when their new Terra Glide duffel was coming out as I'd like to get one for a Maine bear hunting trip in a couple of weeks. I've emailed 4 times with no response and called 3 times and left voicemail with no return calls. I have one of their other packs and really like the products, but their customer service is severely lacking. About to say heck with them and give up on them altogether. Fortunately, poor customer service is fairly rare in the hunting and outdoor community, but I think I'm done with Badlands no matter how good their stuff is. If anyone can recommend a good travel duffel, I'm on the search for one.
This is very odd. Generally speaking, Badlands is top notch when it comes to customer service. Hopefully it all works out for you.
Heard nothing but accolades upon accolades from Badlands... and I've never bought a product from them. Just seen lots of threads raving about their CS on the forums over the years.
Have to say that this isn't the normal, they have some specials on last years Terra Glide, which I use. However if you need some help, shoot me a PM on your details of questions and I will see what I can do. Rob
