Badlands makes the 2200....not $400, but more around the $200...but sure you may find some for half that if you look for a gently used one

I've never owned a Horn Hunter, so I can't speak to it's quality. I did see this pack as I was perusing them the other day though, price is right: $60.

I have an Eberlestock X2, great pack but beware they are not waterproof. They are water resistant and will allow water in if you sit out long enough. I had several rounds with Mr.Eberlestock but their definition of "Water Proof" is not changing.

Sorry but the best pack I've ever owned is a Badlands. Before a Badlands pack I'd never had one last me through a whole season. I'll be going into my 3rd season with my Badlands pack and it is as good as new.

I have the Blacks Creek "Canadian" pack, which has more than enough room for everything you've mentioned. Bow/rifle holder, pouch for a water bladder, "spotting scope" pocket ... which you could use to store your camera arm, and a "rain flap" to cover the entire pack to keep the rain out. It also has a smaller pack that zips off in case you need to "get light" without having to take the full pack with you. It's $260-ish, but well worth the money in my opinion.
