I just bought a new back pack for this year. I got the Cabelas bow/gun pack in XL. This pack is bigger than what I thought. LOTS of room, comes with a hydration bladder, has a extra little compression pack that you can use if you don't want to bring the big pack with, water proof, mine is in scentlok but you can get it without, and was only around $140. This this easily hold my camera equipment and a some extra clothes plus all my gear no problem. Only down side to the pack is lack of pockets. I wish they would have put a few more on.

I'm the same way. Like pockets so I know where stuff is.

Just got a new pack from Bass Pro. I'm sure it's similar to the one from Cabelas. It's RedHead and also has the hydration bladder. No where near $140 but the extra room is a welcome change from my waist pack.
