And I have to say, that is one of the longest most boring drives I have ever been a part of. I will fly there from here on out :D I didn't shoot great, but I still managed to snag a top ten (8th) and cut a decent check that should put my around $130 from winning out to semi pro with more than half of the schedule left. There are 4 more ASA's left. What made this tournament special was that my dad was able to come watch me shoot. I don't get to see him very often, because my parents divorced when I was 3 and he has recently moved to Houston. When he said he was interested in coming, I was really excited. He has never been around archery, doesn't hunt, but was eager to learn and even more eager to watch me. It was definately a special weekend for me. I loved every minute I could spend with him. He's a photographer so naturally he took a few pictures. Here's my favorite one for the weekend.
