Back from Afghanistan

Hey all just wanted to let you know that both Medic87 and myself made it home safe and sound from Afghanistan and were able to go on a successful late season hunt in Ohio. Unfortunately no luck with bows but we were both able to fill tags with the smoke poles. Medic87's first time hunting with snow on the ground and he took a nice doe(my hunny hole or honey tree :D ) and a decent 5 pointer. I was able to connect on a real nice doe myself and most importantly spend time in the whitetail woods with family and friends. Unfortunately medic87 is back in Afghanistan as he was offered a job as a civilian contracted medic. We both appreciate all your support and hope all are successful in the coming turkey season.

My nephew is going home in two weeks but they will layover in up-state newyork for a while to bring them out of a frontline area so they cool off before coming home to my state of mo.
