Yesterday morning I saw two bachelor groups on my way home. In the first one, there were ten bucks, four of which were shooters (120"+). The only problem is I can't get permission to hunt there. The other group contained five buck with two shooters. Those I will definitely be hunting! They were in my field right behind the house.

That sounds like a very productive evening. Good luck with the two you can go after.

well you'll probably get a chance to shot on of the shooters from the land you can't hunt when the rut begins. bucks tend to leave there summer homes around the end of October and early November.

There's a good chance they will be coming through my hunting area. They were about two miles away and I have a ton of does on my place. I'm hoping for a opportutnity at one of them.
