I always grab us tickets to see a show during the season...this year November 5th "Whose Line Is It Anyways" is coming to local town. One year was Wicked...but doing it in season makes a big difference and she appreciates it!

I had several chances to take some cows and had some real nice encounters with some big bulls! I was at full draw for awhile but just did not feel comfortable with the shot angle and ect. I wrote the trip off as a success.. It was my first elk hunt and I had plenty of action all week long and if I would have chose to I could have put my tag on a cow elk . . Definitely a different style of hunting then I was used to, allot of walking and the hills out in Colorado are a notch steeper then the ones here in Ohio

Sounds like you had a great time to me.

The experience is the cake, taking a animal is the icing!

    Maybe next time! :)

fondant is that hard sculpting kind of icing....very few bakeries make the stuff edible IMO.

Hey fellas hadn't posted it in a while but here is the latest two quick vids of Bertier. Second is of him walking because another forum someone asked if he was injured...nothing apparent.

I'll share some others soon as well. I got a HUGE 9 at the Swamp Property I am hoping is getting closer to daylight...but not expecting.

Got my new ladder stand and ground blind in yesterday. I have everything done now!

Here is an overlay of my river bottom lease. I think I have all the bases covered on this piece of ground.

Hoping the next 3 weeks fly by. I AM READY!

Also got a old familiar face on camera that I thought was long gone. He actually is starting to go down hill... I have had pictures of this guy for the last 3 years. I am gonna say he is 7 at least.
