I am just wondering what yall set yalls on that correspond with the internal mic. Looks like i just got to play with it some to figure it out. Thanks for the help in advance

None of the cameras I've ever used have actual numerical levels to tell where I'm at. Some of the time I'll just keep it on auto and let the camera do the work for me. Trouble is, there's time when the camera's auto levels are just too low. If I bump over to manual I'll make sure to use headphones and I like it where I can just hear a little bit of constant noise or hiss in the headphones. Not much, but just very faint. It usually doesn't come through onto the film and gives me enough ambient noise to work with. When it comes to audio it seems like more often than not the levels are too low rather than too high.
