Let's say I was "maybe" thinking of getting back into the ATV/UTV market. How would I find out (sans going to a dealer) about what to ask for my used machine?

It's a 2005 Suzuki Eiger 400. Automatic; 4wd...blah, blah, blah. Less than 750mi. It does have a 1,500# winch installed, and I do have a really nice cover for it.

    It's pretty basic....and not camo.

    You won't hurt my feelings!...lol

Judging by what they are going for around here, you could get anywhere from 3k to 3700, depending on what shape it's in and if you go the trade in route.

Whats wrong with looking on Ebay or Craigslist or the classifieds?? Google search??

By the way, is there some kind of contest for the most threads started that I havent heard about? Are you gonna win a cap?

Rumor has it, I'll win an interview with your grammy award winning buddy, Fletch.....lol.

Now, do you have anything of value to add to this thread? Or, are you gunnin' to get another one locked?

I was quite serious about the sources I mentioned.

Too bad you always have to take it there Jeff. Shows a real lack of class. And it seems like the threads have always been just fine until you go over the edge.

I've checked the local Craigslist and ATVTraderonline. I found 2.

You're pretty transparent, Fletch. Now....move along.

    Check NADA and KBB
Not sure about KBB but NADA does have ATV prices in the motorcycle section.

I'd start out asking $3000 If I were you, and If I were in the market, I'd offer you $2000-$2500.

I bought my wife's atv a '07 Arctic cat 500cc with less than 300 miles for $3400 in '09 that was a heck of a deal though.

I'll add: Sometimes I've found, dealers offer good trade in $$ when buying a new machine, always have for me anyway.
