Hey guys, any tips for getting those monster bucks to walk by your cameras? I've been getting ready for the summer scouting season and been thinking about using scrapes with our Cameras, any ideas?

Mock Scrapes will work great in the early fall... Thought about setting up a mineral lick during the early season?

    Looks like this sign works.

I like using mineral stations (when legal), for inventory purposes. I've had better luck with them than scrapes. Otherwise well traveled trails leading to water or food.

We put out a mineral rock, and it's getting good action on the camera after just a week or so. It should be a fun summer watching the deer!

Early spring... Whenever the snow is gone. Usually March/April is a good time to set up a mineral site.

We get a good inventory of bucks on our mineral sites during the summer. Monster Raxx minerals and their Apple Harvest liquid attractant is my go to for summer months along with food plots and I usually move cams to scrapes and bedding area perimeters in the fall.

Mineral sites are how I roll and it seems to work. They come in droves.

We used to just put up our cameras on the edge of woods and a field, but we hardly ever get bucks to walk by and when they do its bambi's little brother...

Food, water or minerals in summer.

    Scrapes/rubs/trails in the fall.

    Cannot go wrong.
