As many of you remember I hosted a party on Lake Shangri-La last year during our annual ice fishing derby! Well that time is quickly approaching again! It is an all day party with lots of drinking and wonderful food! And hopefully some fish! Weather you fish or not you should come and join the fun! We will have a raging bonfire, bowling, bean bags, washers and a great time for all! Several from the site attended last year and I hope to have more in attendance this year. I was wondering about this! I hope to make it this year, last year tradgang had a rabbit hunt and we were planning on coming afterwards but everyone passed out drunk... LOL! Looking forward to it this year, our rabbit hunt in this Saturday!

I know that Isaiah is planning on attending this year. And I hope that Peak can make it again. And hopefully we can get some others from the site to attend this year also!

No the bonfire will not melt the ice! Usually just makes a puddle underneith it but it is plenty safe!
That's awesome Tony! Glad to see everyone is attending!!! Let's get as many people as we can. Just to give everyone some more info. After the party on the ice is completed we always head over to the association building for a night of fun. They have a dj, food, raffles, drinks, and ton's of other fun things. So plan to arrive early and stay late. If anyone needs a place to crash for hte night I am sure that we can find room at my place. Just let me know in advance if possible!
Question came up of what it costs. To come out and have a great time with us it doesn't cost anything. If you are fishing and wish to register fish for prizes you need to purchase 5 tickets at $1 each. These tickets are also raffle ticket entries for you so you can also win that way. I have plenty of tickets for everyone when you arrive.
Cool, I'm hoping to make it this year, so far, I have the day off of work but have games on Friday & Sunday so will just come down for the day!
