At the range with my camera

    The longest shot ive taken is 60 yards. Thats the distance in the video as well.

    Great job on the vid and editing. We ned to talk at the G2G, I have always wanted to do a little editing myself just never tried. Ill take some pointers, your cam takes great vids man.

    Thanks Crick. Im really happy with the camera so far, I cant wait till fall :tu: We can definitely talk at the G2G, When you getting to camp? Ill be rolling in around noon on thursday.

    What software are you using for your video editing? I use Pinnacle Studio 12. Probably going to upgrade to the current version soon though. I really enjoy editing videos but I need to get a better computer that will do a better job with hi def footage.

    Very nice man. I would take the kickstand off the bottom limbs while shooting though. Could mess the limbs up.

    Nice shooting and that thing does take good video. I've done the reverse camera deal with my iPhone works great. Pretty cool shot angle.

    Right now it's just imovie on my MacBook pro. I'm fine with using this for awhile. It can handle the HD and it's free. :tu:

    Thanks man. Also ive never heard of the kickstand messing up limbs before. :confused:

    That's cool as long as it work that's all that matters especially while you are just starting to learn.

    Yeah. I know a little bit about editing and camera stuff since i took some class in high school that were preparing me to go into that field but i changed my mind on what i wanted to do. But i still remember a little bit.

    Im hoping to take a squirrel or two on video here while on spring break. Hopefully i can get some cool footage and post a video up to show you guys.

    Thanks man, I had a couple squirrels in range today but i didnt have a clear shot. The video of just the squirrel though is really clear the quality looks great. After awhile i might just throw some random clips together.

    Thanks. Thats my goal is to get good enough at self filming my hunts to get on staff of BHOD.

    Ya i absolutly love filming my hunts and being apart of a great team of prostaffers and the website. Its great filming all of the memories that you have now so you can look back on them later in life!

    Right. I can't wait to get into the woods this fall. Maybe we can get on some land if we find some and film each other here and there.
