im looking for a high quality hunting arrow that will stand up to serious abuse. when i hunt in texas i have a lot of pass throughs... and a lot of arrows hitting mesquite trees and the inserts back up in the carbon arrows from the force and splits the arrow in half. i was looking at the easton metal jacketed carbon arrows how are they?

The VAP Victory arrows are some tough arrows. They are the toughest arrows out there that can withstand serious abuse. I like Them a lot.

I'll add a vote for the Easton fmj shafts. Very tough and hard hitting! Love mine.
