I just bought some Easton 400 FMJ arrows I weighed them an they are all around 330gr give or take. Now I'm new to this stuff so my question is the 400 the stiffness of the arrow or is it the weight ?

There are a lot of very good arrow people on here.

What are the specs of your bow? You are correct that 400 is the spine, but the spine is the most important part of the arrow and it is crucial that it is correct for your bow.

I just picked up the Hoyt Spyder 30 set at 60lb's 28'' draw length. I have a Trophy Ridge Hit-Man3 for a sight a 1/4'' G5 meta peep/QAD Ultra Rest HD / Octane 5'' Ultra-Lite Stabilizer. My arrows are Easton FMJ 400 29'' long with 2'' blazer fletching's and a 100gr field point. Still not sure what broad's head to get I'm thinking Killzone's or rage 2 blade 100gr. I had great results with the rage on my crossbow. I have been target shooting an the everything feels good to me. I will be hunting deer so dose this set up sound good to yall.

Ah right on Shaner, those arrows should work really well and be a brutal combination.

FMJs are an awesome arrow, Ill probably shoot them as long as they make them. Good choice.
