I have been told by some people that my arrows I shoot are two light. I shoo beman 340. I have a 28 inch draw length and I pull 67 lbs. I think should be useing 400.

I shoot Easton Excel 340's at 27 inches shooting 74 pounds. my arrows weigh in at 400 grains even. Whats the GPI on your arrows?

When they say they think you are too light do they mean too light in spine or too light in arrow weight? 340 is the spine and if you go to a 400 you are actually going lighter in both. I think at 28" and near 70 lbs. you could shoot either spine depending on your tip weight. Personally I'd stay with the 340's and make sure your tip weight is 125 grain + to get the right spine reaction... then again, I'm known for liking a heavy arrow with a lot of FOC.

When I shot compounds I had nearly your identical draw weight and length. The 340's shot better out of that bow. I shot them with a 100 grain head but agree with Kodiak in that I should have been around 125 grains up front.
