arrow weight

    when they say for hunting you want 6-7 grains per pound does that mean just the arrow or the total weight (arrow and broad head) because my arrows are 9.3 GPI and 29.25 in arrows and with 100 grain heads it comes to a total of around 372 grains, my bow is shooing 58 pounds and recomended arrow weight for that poundege is aroud 340 but i want to be safe and go 6.5 grains so it needs to be 374 grain. does this sound right, should i go with a heavyer arrow, i dont want to hurt my bow its brann new
