when I shoot my bow....for some reason it looks like my vein is rubbing the string that stays straight up and down when I draw.....when i have the arrow sitting in it it seems to be plenty far away enough not to hit...but my vein is tore and the tip and the string has marks on it where the vein has rubbed. it hasn't affected my shot at all but Im fairly certain its not supposed to do that....any thoughts yall?

If you got it setup at a bow shop take it there and have em check the centershot on your rest. If you wanna fix it yourself then Nock an arrow, lay it on or in your rest, put the bottom cam on the ground in between your feet and your hands on the top wheel or cam... and tilt the bow downwards until your arrow almost touches the floor, look over the top of the bow and see if the arrow is inline with your top limb bolt... or does it slant out to the right or left? If it's slanted, use a wrench to adjust your rest left and right. Until it's even with limb bolt. If that doesn't help I'd say it needs paper tuned so just take her in to be looked at. Hope that helps

This should not be happening and it will effect your shot and take life of your strings and vanes noc your arrows and turn them so the vanes haves clearance around your string. I'm shooting the mathews creed with victory VAPS and i had the same issuse.

Another thing to check is arrow spine. If you are under-spined, your arrow may be flexing too much at release.

No worries. Can you measure how far the center of the arrow is from the side of the riser? Get to the nearest 16th if you can? That should give us an idea how close you are to the recommended center shot. It should be close to 11/16 to 13/16th. Some people have luck at 3/4 (12/16). This will vary depending on how you hold the bow. The beauty of the whisker biscuit is that you can turn the fletching in al most any direction. Try it with the cock feather out if you have 3 fletchings. meaning one fletch pointing away from riser. Does that make sense?
