Depends on the bow. Without knowing that I would go 340-350.

Probably shot a 350 spine out of the DNA.

DNA's cams are very aggressive which usually shoots a 340/350 the best at that draw weight. It also depends on draw length, arrow length and tip weight. What are your specs?

A .340 at that draw weight will be stiff. I would go with a .400 if you wanted to keep your same head weight.

With the specs you posted above...my buddy has a DNA with a 28.5" draw and a 100gr head. His 60lb limbs maxxed at 62-63lbs. Can't remember which. With the Core cams on the DNA he tried shooting CX 250's....wasn't enough spine. Went to a 350 and it was spot on. The DNA is not your normal bow IMO, VERY hard shooting cams on it. It sure does pack a punch!

Is there a chart for bow spine measurements, for the various arrow brands?
    I shoot a 31" arrow, have a 30" draw, and shoot a 70 lb Diamond Justice.

I know that Beman and Carbon Express have them on the back of the boxes they come in. Also on their websites.
