Hi guys, new to bow hunting whitetails. I recently purchased a compound bow and have been practicing with cheap arrows (Velocity). I am now looking to purchasing a setup for hunting. I have done some research, however, some of the information is contradicting. Can someone guide me in the right direction?

    Mathews Triax
    Draw weight 60lbs
Draw length 26.5, setup at 26
Plan on using fixed broad heads

    Thanks in advance

Depending on the arrow length you could use a .400 spine arrow, If you leave the arrows a little longer and/or use a heavier point i'd drop down to a .340 spine arrow. We need to know how much you can spend on arrows before we can help you further, what weight broadheads are you using? With fixed heads i'd recommend keeping the arrows in front of the riser a tad, Say 28"!!!
