Was wondering why Todd and justin went back to shooting blue streaks this year and not the maxima reds
Probably because the red clashed with Justin's yellow strings...you know how fashion conscience he is .
I'm shooting PileDriver Pass Thru extremes for my mule deer hunt this week simply because I wanted a smaller diameter shaft that would be less effected by those stupid Wyoming winds. My total finished arrow weight is around 500 grains so they're nice and heavy to pack a little added punch at those longer distances I may be shooting. I'll be shooting the new Maxima BLU RZs for whitetails here in Illinois. With a brass insert they give me the weight up front that I'm looking for without being too heavy, and they fly great out of my HTR.
