    QAD ultra rest for sure!! Awesome rest!! I would recommend this rest to anyone! It's well worth the price! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1393639207.192157.jpg

    QAD is the way to go i think. when properly installed you will not have an issue with it hitting your vanes. The problem with the WB is that until the arrow leaves the rest compleetly any movement of your bow arm will affect your shot. There will be zero contact with any of the QADs. They are more forgiving. Also, have your tech tie the string into the cable and throw away the clamp, those are junk.

    Thanks for all of the advice, I'm hoping to buy a new bow and complete setup within the next month. I want to have plenty of time to practice for deer season. Also, want to try my hand at hunting turkeys with a bow.

    I've had a few different drop aways and for the money, the ripcords have been my absolute favorites. The SOS can be limb driven or on a string (I have mine on a string because I didn't like the long string and the routing of it to the limb). It has been flawless. My code red was flawless. 3 of my buddies I shoot with have the code red and all of theirs have been flawless.

    2 of us have had trouble with the QAD hunters though.
