possibly to 70 but most like only up to 65 so I can remain smooth in my draw

If it was me, to save money. At 65 I would use 75-85 grain tips with the 400 hundreds, but at 70 you have to bump up to the mid 300 spine range with 100 grain tips.

this has me wondering now....I shoot Gold Tip XT Hunters 400" Spine...27" draw and im at 68lbs. Im shooting a 125grain tip now with a FOC of roughly 12.8%. At my draw length and and draw weight i am still in the 400 spine range. Is it different cause the arrows are made by different manufacturers?

guy at pro shop said he spines arrows for max draw weight so I should be ok with the arrows I have. He seems to know whats going on lol. Mike Price from heritage he hasn't gave me bad advice yet.

You will be fine in a .400 but a .340 will tune easier at 70#

yea you should be good money, I spoke with Preston Edwards today from Gold Tip and he agreed I'm perfectly fine with a 400" Spine with the set up I have and I'm pushing 70lbs @ 27" with added FOC weights and 125 grain tips
