    If an arrow is spined at 400 can you get that same spine in different wieghts? I hate arrows!

    Yes. Spine ratings have nothing to do with arrow weight. Simply the spine deflection

    Spine is how much the arrow can bend (react to inertia as it's being shot from the bow).
    Weight is the arrow's mass, usually given in grains per inch.

    People often say "spine weight" when what the are referring to is the "spine" or actually the "deflection rating". To say "spine weight" is actually incorrect and misleading but it's common phraseology.
