yeah that ! +1 to mehdoc and GregH. A large dairy farmer, on whose farm I hunted, told me he had lost cows to metal shreds from unrecovered arrows, getting into the food supply from bales. He actually had his cattle swallow magnets to try and recover metal shavings from their stomachs. I believe he was being truthfull with this explanation. It is his land after all, please respect their wishes and warnings. A diligent effort should be made to recover all loosed arrows. HH in Pa
