Getting a new bear carnage next week and im in the market for some new arrows as well! I do alot of whitetail hunting and alot of target shooting in the off season. What is everyone shooting or in youre mind the best arrow on the market? Ive been looking at the carbon express maxima blue streak but not sure yet. Ive been shooting the cabela's brand 49 dollar arrows for the last 4yrs and now i want to upgrade! So any help or input would be much appreciated!!

My opinion is to find your desired weight / speed and then find the arrow that fits you.

I am shooting 70 pounds. I use a 340 spine easton flatline. This is a very light arrow at 8.2 gpi and puts me right about the 5 grains per pound baseline (5.2 grains per pound).
My preference is to shoot a lighter arrow because with the game I hunt (whitetail and turkey), you can easily achieve pass through even with a lighter arrow.
A lot of guys are opting for a more weighted arrow of 400 - 450 grains. Obviously you'll lose speed, but you gain a little "punch".

I'm in the same boat. I am looking for a good arrow that won't break the bank. I have a dozen GT Warriors and a dozen GT Trophy Hunters. For the money you can't beat them. I can hold a around 3" pattern at 40yd and can hit the vitals on the flip side of my Hurricane until my arms get gassed which is about 100 or so shots. A guy gave me 3 Easton Axis N-Fused arrows. They shoot very well. only thing is they are 1-1/2" to short.

I would look at either carbon arrows, or possibly aluminum.
