I know, I know, another arrow thread :busted:

But I need some more arrows, and the arrows I have now are from Cabela's when I bought my bow 3 years ago. I didn't know anything about bows really, and the guy just set the bow up like he thought would work for me. Since then I have changed everything so it matches up with me.

    The DL is 30"
The DW is +/- 70lbs (limbs maxed out, but never been on a scale)
I have been using 100 grain broadheads, but that can change depending on everyones recommendations.

I would like the best arrow combination of FOC, KE, and speed.

Sorry for not knowing what I need, I'm still trying to learn spines and whatnot :tu:

    Thanks

What bow are you shooting??? It depends a LOT on what bow you have.... A 340fps IBO rated bow would need a .300 or maybe even stiffer spine at your DL, while a 305fps IBO rated bow could get away with a .340 very likely. Which arrows do you currently have, and what bow do you have. If the arrows you have are the Carbon Stalker Xtremes, they're one of the best arrows I've shot and I've shot them right next to some CE Maxima's, PSE Radial Weaves, Gold Tip XT's and even the Bemans that they are almost identical to.....

More info needed to give you an accurate assessment of what may work best.

I have a Bear Lights Out bow (says IBO is 300 fps), and I am shooting the Carbon Stalker Xtremes. They are 65/80 or .340s, 9.3 gpi. They are 28 5/8" from the insert to where the knock starts.

Those arrows would probably balance out better if you had them about an inch longer, but beyond that, they are the VERY best I've shot, especially considering the cost.
