arrow flight question

    if i switch from carbon express pile driver hunter 250s to carbon express mayhem 350s it will weigh 18 grains less. will that make me have to resight in my pins for the new arrows because i would still like to use both arrows to hunt and practice with.

    Your spine is going to weaken, so yes you are more than likely going to have to readjust your sights.

    thanks ill just stay with the pile drivers then. they work great. just shot my first buck ever with them saturday

    Actually in Carbon Express terms going from a 250 to a 350 is stiffening the arrow. I wish manufacturers would be better about standardizing their arrow sizing using deflection ratings instead of some made up numbers.

    It should cause you to have to retune your bow for the stiffer arrows which would likely mean readjusting your sights.
