I switched my Flatline DOA's from 500 to 400's -- Will their be a significant difference in my settings or should i just do away with my 500's

If you didn't think there would be a difference, why did you change?

The difference will be less pronounced with field points than broadheads but there will definitely be a difference.

Great question on the return.... I was given the 500's from a friend of mine but the more i research shaft diameter size and its capabilities based on impact, speed and control penetration i decided to go with the 400's..

That is spine not diameter size, the spine is the rigidity of the arrow. What's you exact set-up, I'll run your numbers and tell you down to arrow length and tip weight what should work best for you....
