Don't let it ruin your hunts or you enjoying the lease just keep it in the back of your mind and enjoy the hunt.

Sounds like there's plenty to go around.

That's the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Sounds like you want him to let that guy hunt for free ? ?

If I paid to lease that there is no way in hell anyone would be hunting it for free.

Whoa...he's paying, the other guy would be tresspassing...I don't care if there 200 B&C bucks running on the property it's still tresspassing if he does hunt it. If he has neighboring property, maybe he should work on making his attractive to deer more than it is.

Yeah I would definitely keep an eye on him, cause he's coming on your land raxx. I know you don't want to hear this, but another options to avoid this whole thing, is to kill him.

Next time say buy me a drink and I will think about it then once he does give him a big, NO!!!!!

But then again it could be a setup and he is trying to get you kicked off the lease.

These dated post actually might come in handy when he attempts that last part (always a possibility). He could claim to have permission...via a "talk" with you.

Since he say's he has talked with your property owner I would say you have big problems you need to shore up your relationship with him and tell him this guy approached you quick.

I am not worried about how things are between the farmer and us. He has turned down twice the money we pay because he doesnt want to have to worry about anything else. We have hunted this farm for 23 years.
